This four-part video learning system is designed for women; to teach them the truth about their fertility so that they are empowered to reverence and respect their bodies. When women learn the truth about their bodies and their fertility they are able to make better choices about relationships, about their bodies, about postponing sex until marriage, about their fertility and about their future. This series has been designed to give women the truth about how they work; to take the “mystery” out of their monthly cycle. When this fertility education is offered along with other relationship education services, we see women making better choices for themselves and for their future children.
The workbook has been developed to help the women watching the series to grasp the concepts and to help her personalize what she is learning. This series comes with one workbook (with a Leader’s Guide) that can be photocopied for each women.
We have included a session on charting, which we feel is so important to women really grasping this truth for themselves. The charting session has been designed to help them better understand their own unique cycle of fertility. This is the last session in the series, so if you decide that you don’t want to teach the charting piece, you can simply not show that session.
