We will investigate things like social media stats and what they mean, identifying brand ambassadors, social listening, and social networking, and social media advertising. These 8 steps will advance your social media strategy to provide a greater return on investment.

 Lauren has been working at Heartbeat International for more than six years.  Before working for Heartbeat she worked for Living Word church in Dayton, Ohio as a video producer/editor. Lauren took on managing Heartbeat International's social media strategy in 2011 and has grown Heartbeat from 3,000 followers to over 120,000 followers on social media Lauren studied for two years at Global University while participating in a ministry training program, Master’s Commission in Denver, Colorado. Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and serving her community through various ministries in her church.
