The day in the life of a Pregnancy Center Director. There are joyful days as lives are saved and there those stressful days. Maybe you have a staff meeting at 12:00pm, a webinar at 2:00pm, and a Board meeting at 6:00pm when you'll tell the Board, "we need more funds." Before this day even began you had a sick little one that you needed a sitter for and the dog ran out the door that you had to chase as you were trying to hurry to work and were already late. The copier is on the brink and you can't copy the needed Board reports, the internet is down and you can't pull up client files and the employees are struggling; you're already short staffed and need to assist in the counseling room with an abortion minded client that you're just not emotionally prepared for after the stress of the morning. You've reached burn-out by the end of the day! Sound familiar?

The Avoiding Burnout webinar is designed to equip and encourage you for your hectic days. Pregnancy Center work is no easy task although a rewarding one. Leading in ministry requires that we remember to keep balance and recognize that boundaries and techniques are needed to avoid burnout. This webinar will encourage you and provide some helpful tips!

Vicki Jackson served as Executive Director of a Pregnancy Medical Clinic for over 6 years and as a Client Advocate and Post-Abortion Facilitator prior to her leadership role. Vicki is the CEO of Freedom's Touch Consulting, a business designed to equip and encourage pregnancy center and ministry leaders.  Her desire to assist other leaders and for continuing education in foundational excellence has propelled her to complete the Non-Profit Leadership Initiative through the GA Center for Non-Profits, Ministry Ventures Ministry Management Course, Crisis Pregnancy Coaching through the American Association of Christian Counselors, ConCERT training through Heartbeat International and multiple management and team building training courses. It is through Vicki's heart for excellence that she desires to help other organizations succeed and to inspire integrity in the battle for life.

In addition to educating publicly about the effects of abortion in various communities, churches and civic clubs, Vicki has spoken at the National Memorial for the Unborn in Chattanooga, TN. Her faithful support is husband of 28 years, Tim, 3 adult sons and two beautiful daughter-n-loves.
